MCM Worldwide Pvt Ltd (MCMW), was incorporated in 1997 to promote, strengthen and develop human resources and skill sets of professionals and industrial workers.
MCMW provided training and testing of workmen in various construction industry trades over the years for the armed forces, state governments, public sector units etc. During this period, MCMW imparted training to more than 15,000 candidates in mostly 3 months courses and suitably placed them.
MCMW also tested and certified 70,682 candidates in different trades.

After getting confirmed order, MCM sources personnel of different specializations from various parts of India based on the clients’ requirements.
Candidates are trade tested from authorised testing centres.
Candidates are medically tested through qualified doctors.
Candidate details are sent to client for conducting interview.
On selection of candidate, appointment contract approved by MEA to be signed between client and candidate.
To get visa issued for the selected candidates from the client’s embassy in India.
To finalize the date of travel and arrange pre-departure briefing of the appointed candidates and inform client of travel details.
