Client(s) initiate process by submitting their requirements indicating the number of candidates required in different categories and the scope of work to be performed along with terms and conditions of employment and payments which after discussions are then sent to the Protector of Immigrants, Government of India for their approval.
On receipt of demand, MCMW recruitment team begins sourcing of candidates based on the client(s) criteria.
MCMW shortlists suitable resumes, evaluating qualifications, age and relevant work experience.
Interview is then scheduled between the shortlisted candidates and the client.
After candidates are found suitable, their passport details are sent to the client for their sending invitation letter to their embassy in India for granting visas to the empanelled personnel.
On receipt of copy of approval letter, application for visa is submitted to the
respective Embassy along with medical fitness clearance certificate of the
candidates.
Tickets as sent by client will be provided to the candidates along with visas.
A pre-departure briefing with the workmen is conducted to indicate the flight details, departure time from India and arrival time at destination, pick up details and contact person’s details, weather conditions, currency information, residential and working addresses at destination etc.
Departure information of the personnel is sent to the client for receiving the personnel at the destination on the day of departure.
